Christmas is just around the corner. Why not solve your shopping problems with an original framed painting? Buying pictures is exciting and they make unique presents.
Buying a painting for your partner, a member of your family or a friend shows you have given your gift serious thought.
At Vanessa Clewes Salmon Modern & Contemporary Art we have put together a wide span of pictures to suit many pockets, ranging from colourful paintings by lesser known artists with prices ranging from just £200 (see the section £1000 and Under). Seasoned buyers on the other hand, might be interested in some choice examples of drawings and paintings by the likes of Keith Vaughan, Mary Fedden, Edward Piper, Maggi Hamblin, Julian Trevelyan, Roger Hilton, Sir Terry Frost and Paddy MacMiadhachain to name just a handful.
Pictures last forever (rather like diamonds but usually much cheaper); not only do they decorate a room but they are more fun than keeping money in a bank or having stocks and shares.
We will be open by appointment from Saturday 28th November to Sunday 20th December; come and browse whenever you like and do bring a friend; just call or drop us an email to arrange a time.
